TRC Talent is looking for a Service Titan Admin for a client of ours in Kennesaw, GA!
Job Summary: The ServiceTitan Data Integration Specialist will support the onboarding and integration of new companies into the ServiceTitan platform. This role involves extensive data entry, system configuration, and transferring data between Excel spreadsheets and internal systems to ensure accurate setup and functionality. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of critical business data.
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Training Schedule: First 1–2 weeks from 7:00 AM – 4:00
Pay: $22+
Contract: 3 Months
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of companies transitioning into the ServiceTitan platform
- Enter and manage large volumes of data within ServiceTitan and related systems
- Transfer and organize data between Excel spreadsheets and system databases
- Ensure all data entered is accurate to prevent disruption to critical business functions
- Configure system features so new companies can access appropriate ServiceTitan capabilities
- Assist with data migration and system setup during onboarding
- Review data entries to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth platform integration and functionality
- Provide basic technical or IT-related support based on prior experience
- Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of integration activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with ServiceTitan (strongly preferred)
- Experience with FieldEdge or other HVAC dispatch software platforms
- Previous experience in data entry, system integration, or software implementation roles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Experience in technical support or IT-related roles is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
